Duncan Miller SC
Duncan has over 25 years’ experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, arbitration, planning, commercial, insurance and common law.
His practice is mainly concerned with the resolution of construction-related and insurance disputes covering buildings, roads, railway infrastructure and rolling stock, (mining and manufacturing), processing operations, ports, airports and pipelines, and in planning and environmental disputes for both councils and developers.
Duncan has been continuously listed in the Best Lawyers Guides since 2011 as one of Australia’s leading lawyers in both Commercial Law and Construction & Infrastructure Law.
