Logan Campbell has 20 years' experience in building and construction and commercial disputes, working across a range of areas including infrastructure, mining and gas, commercial, government projects and large scale residential/mixed use. He has 18 years post admission experience as a solicitor, having been admitted in 1996 and working at Mallesons Stephen Jacques (Sydney); Clayton Utz (Brisbane); Gadens (Brisbane), before being called to the Bar in 2014.
He appears in all forums including the Supreme Court, QCAT, arbitration and ADR. He has extensive experience in all forms of building and commercially related disputes including variations and scope of work claims, termination, delay, disruption and acceleration claims, security of payments legislation (Qld, WA and NT) and the review of adjudicators’ decisions and QBCC related matters. He also advises on the drafting of complex construction contracts.
