Olivia Perkiss

Olivia Perkiss was called to the Queensland Bar in March 2008. 

In 2018, Olivia was included in the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland list of women who have inspired, as well as being named a finalist for the Associations’ Woman Lawyer of the Year Award.   Olivia has recently been named as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law, Mentor of the Year.

As an advocate, she has a broad practice that includes, insurance (including medical negligence, CTP, workers compensation and personal injury), professional negligence, regulation, family and wills and estates.

Olivia was the youngest President of Women in Insurance Queensland (2007).  President of WLAQ from 2007 to 2009, and President of Australian Women Lawyers from 2009 to 2010.

Olivia has chambers in Brisbane and the Gold Coast and she regularly travels intrastate for Mediations and to appear in applications, trials, appeals and other hearings in the State and Federal jurisdictions.
