Thomas Lane-Porter
Thomas was called to the bar in 2026 and has a broad and diverse commercial and insolvency practice.
Thomas has particular experience in complex corporate and shareholder disputes, energy and resources, building and construction, consumer and sale-of-goods, negligence and professional negligence, real property and taxation and revenue.
Prior to his call to the bar, Thomas practiced as a solicitor for a national mid-tier and several boutique litigation firms, since 2019. During his time as a solicitor he regularly acted and appeared for several of Australia's leading accounting, business advisory and insolvency firms.
Thomas is currently reading with Thomas Jackson and Matthew Jones KC.
